This 3-bedroom, one bathroom Cape Cod is in Shroyer Park (off Irving Avenue) and is less than 1 mile to campus. There are sidewalks and a walking trail that make it a 10-minute walk to Stuart Hall. Close to The Pine Club, Milano’s, and Kramer’s; this is a fantastic location to use as a home base during your stay. The house has recent updates, hardwoods in the family room and bedrooms, and a recently renovated upstairs space that includes a bed, dressing table, and private work area.
